HOW TO USE
Apply Y Not Natural OMEGA 369 Sports Oil Rub directly to the affected area as required with a gentle massage. The required number of drops vary according to the area to be treated. Use the following as a guide.

Adjust the number of drops to your own specific needs. A gentle warming effect should occur within 1-2 minutes of application. Apply two to three times daily for arthritis or chronic injuries and up to four times daily for acute injuries.
